Collection of Data
Our registration process requires only a valid e-mail address and a unique user ID and password.
Our ordering process requires valid delivery address information.
Our payment process requires valid billing address information, Tax ID information (where applicable) and credit card/payment information. We complete the PCI DSS (Payment Card industry Data Security Standard) Self Assessment on an annual basis and we do not store any payment card numbers.
When you do business with Bell Graphics we also collect and store the information required to undertake that business.
This includes electronic artwork files, images, logos, and text that relate to the item we are producing. We back up this information on secure servers provided by Amazon Web Services, all AWS services comply with the regulations of the GDPR.
In addition order history is stored on a separate cloud based server provided by Amazon Web Services via a third party provider Hexicom Software Pty. Order history is retained indefinitely to assist with reordering.
Your Data will not be provided to third parties unless:
(i) a service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party such as,
for example, credit card authorisation services;
(ii) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement;
(iii) we find that your use of this site violates this Policy, Terms of Service, other usage guidelines
or as deemed reasonably necessary by us to protect our legal rights and/or property.
We may use Data to customise and improve your user experience on this site.
We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make, nor have we authorised any other party to make, any attempt to find the identities of those visiting our site.
We do not rent or trade our customer data (email lists) with any other business or organisation.
In addition to the above from time to time we may also use your data to contact you with information about our products and services which we think you may find useful and beneficial to your business.
